📤 GROMACS 输出解析 GROMACS Output Parser

把 energy.xvg 内容粘到下面，自动识别各能量项（列），并计算均值 / 标准差 / 最小 / 最大；可选「只统计后段」以跳过平衡前的漂移。若粘贴的是 md.log，还会提取性能 ns/day。 Paste your energy.xvg: the parser reads the column legends and computes mean / std / min / max per term, optionally over only the late (equilibrated) part. Pasting md.log also extracts performance in ns/day.
