生成 pw.x 输入骨架：&CONTROL / &SYSTEM / &ELECTRONS（弛豫时含 &IONS / &CELL），以及 ATOMIC_SPECIES / ATOMIC_POSITIONS / K_POINTS。ibrav=0 时输出 CELL_PARAMETERS。 Generates a pw.x input with the main namelists and atomic/cell/k-point blocks. ibrav=0 emits CELL_PARAMETERS.
